- It's 400 g of chopped up left over turkey.
- You need 300 g of chopped up left over gammon.
- Prepare 1 of leek chopped.
- You need 5 g of butter.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of plain flour.
- Prepare 400 ml of milk.
- Prepare 30 g of butter.
- It's 1 packet of fila pastry.
- It's 50 g of melted butter to brush pastry.
Add the mustard, turkey and ham, and stir. Finally, add the tarragon and cream. Season to taste with a little white pepper and salt. Pour the pie filling and sauce into the dish and allow.

- In a saucepan with a little butter quickly cook down the leeks untill soften, then place in a bowl for later.
- Place the 30g and flour and milk into sauce pan and keep whisking (making the white sauce) when thickened add leeks back into the sauce and allow to cool down.
- Start to line a pie dish with fila pastry making sure to butter each sheet with melted butter 4 /5 layers.
- Now put turkey and gammon into pie dish then add the white sauce and leek mixture.
- Pull up edges and now add more fila pastry to make the top, don't forget to keep brushing with butter as the fila goes brittle..
- Place in oven @190 and cook for 50min until piping hot 🔥 all the way through..
You'll be glad of all that leftover turkey when you taste this delicious pie! It will also use up ham, gravy and a little sherry.
